Ooopss I did it again

There are times when one is confused, lost and do not know what is to be done. Here I am again in the same situation.  May be this is what it has to be, or may be it was never mean't to be.

We always land up with different situations in life, and God always gives us 2 options for all.
Its upon us what do we select.

Sometimes sudden disruptive change is inevitable, and as painful as it may seem, we come through it a stronger and better person.

No matter how disruptive things are at the moment, or if one feel life is really against you, re-evaluate and move on - often a new direction can bring new opportunities you never dreamed of.

Life seems hectic and full of challenges and one will find it hard to have the right perspective on things.

But my dilemma is why do we always have to make choices and why can't life be so simple as it should be?
I really do not understand if certain wishes are to be fulfilled then why the path cannot be smooth and why we have to stumble and struggle to get to the end of the road or otherwise?

A lot of questions and a lot of dilemma's in life; unfortunately at such an early stage of life and the most worrisome part is knocking the wrong door for an answer where there will be only disheartening statements and a full stop.

But ooppsss I did again knock the wrong door..

Anxiety and Panic Attack

Today although I started late from home for office, the day is very smooth and bouncy.
Invariably I am enjoying my day. Today being Friday I have certain routine work to be completed at office; on the other hand not in a mood to stress myself to do any additional responsibility.
Even though I don’t want to work; it is still happening in its own sweet phase for which I don’t have any complaints.
Last Friday around the same juncture I was at home down with fever resting. Was also trying to prepare shawl for my nephew for his upcoming baptism during the time I wanted to break from my sleep and do some activity.

Got a lot of spare time today, it may be because I am not able to prepare the Travel Claims form that I was working upon and just want to relax my mind to get better ideas on the VB codes.  No don’t get me wrong, I am not a programmer by professional, got the habit of doing new things all the time and so took up this project as well to explore myself to new possibilities.

Ultimately just to chill out and relax my mind was going through some videos on YouTube and came across this

I am sure you would enjoy practising the therapy mentioned in this Video and implement it in your day-to-day life.
The video in the link is about ways to reduce Anxiety and Panic attacks.
It helps to overcome with anxiety and have a healthy life.

I further landed up with this site which I found very effective; it is free on-line self-help therapy on Anxiety and Panic attacks and have about 10 audio's on the same. I am sure it would help you in finding ways to deal with your own fear and anxiety as it helps me during my time of distress and anxiety.

I also had small and healthy discussion on one more ongoing project with one of the Manager out here.
I am sure this should refresh my mood just after I am done with this blog writing and on with the questionnaire preparation.

Alas the working hours are about to finish.........

True Love

Was reading my old emails and came across this poem that I had sent to my love...........may be you would like it.............

True love is a sacred flame
That burns eternally,
And none can dim its special glow
Or change its destiny.
True love speaks in tender tones
And hears with gentle ear,
True love gives with open heart
And true love conquers fear.
True love makes no harsh demands
It neither rules nor binds,
And true love holds with gentle hands
The hearts that it entwines.

A New-little member in my family (My life)

Here I am to share about my new-family member. Today is the 17th day of my baby and in these 17 days he should us 17 months. He was born on 20th September morning around 9:24 am, in this short span of time he showed us the world, and made our dream come true.

Feel  like sharing what all he did in these days.

First day: - Like the normal baby he behaved, and opened his eyes. We all were so excited to see his open eyes, the colour of his eyes are jet-black, well shaped like a pea-cock, reddish fair colour and a slick structure. He was looking replica of my late father. The juncture I saw his face I was zapped, amazed and welcomed my father in the house.

Second day:- I did not see him on the second day, but understood that the doctor was supposed to be discharging; bhabhi and baby both were all ready to come home. I started calling him with the name 'Nanu' which means 'Small'.

Third day:- He was bought home. This day onwards he started applying force to his body to push himself upwards. This was just amazing to see. Generally small babies try this act only when they are a month old and above.

This day was the 5th day of Ganapati Visarjan and as our house is road touched there was tremendous noise, but Nanu didn't react and still had peaceful sleep.

Fourth day:- As this was Sunday, all the relatives and my friends had come home. In such a lovely event, I had made Veg-Biryani and mummy made chicken for all. Can you believe Nanu had all the patience in the world to be calm and had a peaceful sleep even when everyone was around him and was trying to play with him.

Fifth day: From this day onwards he started biting his mummy's nipples while breast-feeding. When bhabhi told about this we all were too surprised to know  and delayed this conversation for obvious.

Sixth day:- Can you believe from this night onwards he started sleeping on one side. He started drinking milk turning towards one-side. Babies generally do this after 3th month but my baby started doing it from 6th day onwards. And his biting nipples continued since a day before.

Seventh day :- This day we noticed that baby got jaundice, his eyes turned yellow and his body pale. We all were too afraid. Got to know from friends that now-a-days its common for infants to get jaundice and should be taken out early morning to give sun-rays.

Eight day:- He was taken to the doctor and doctor advised for a blood test, doctor discovered that his jaundice level is 18 points  whereas the normal level is 15 points. It was pretty serious, he was admitted immediately and was kept in the hospital for another 3 days.

When his blood was taken doctors couldn't find his nerves and they were trying to find one. They were poking niddles in the tiny little hands and finally managed to find.

Ninth day: - He was in the hospital and advised to be kept without any clothes in the incubator. My Nanu understood this and he became smarter than before.

His eyes were covered so that the light should not disturb his eyes and create any problem. He learned how to remove the eyes-cover. He also used to understood when stepped into the room.

After a long struggle, doctors instead of putting an eyes-cover they made a modified eyes-cover and played tricks with Nanu, can you believe doctor had to actually give a replacement. He took cotton stretched it wrapped it with a cotton band and sticked it on the sides with a cello-tape so that even though how hard he try he will not be able to remove it at least for that time. But doctors were not sure whether he would be fooled with this or will have a way out of this as well.

One thing that was pretty surprising was, when beautiful nurses used to carry him, he  used to be very quiet and so pleasing that couldn't make out that this tiny child can play any mischief.

Tenth day:- He was in the hospital and continued the same behaviour. But by the grace of God his health became normal and he was bought home.

Eleventh day: - He ensured that the nipples were wounded.

Twelfth day: - Can you believe when mummy checked bhabhi's nipples this day, she was too surprised to see that the nipples were bleeding and had puss.
When bhabhi informed his doctor, doctor couldn't believe that a small baby who is just 12 days old can ever do such thing.

Thirteen day: - Bhabhi finally went to the local-family doctor to take medication.
Can you believe doctor's first question. Well, you would be surprised to know. The very first question was "How many years old is the baby?" Bhabhi couldn't believe this, but still ignoring the same question she asked the doctor to repeat the question, doctor repeated the same question.

This time bhabhi told the doctor that he is just 12 days and today is the 13th day.
Doctor couldn't believe this and commented saying that children of about 5-6 months can do these. Well, she gave medicines and asked to stop breast-feeding for 3 day as this could pass on infection to the baby.

From this day onwards we started feeding him through feeding-bottle. Without a-do he started sucking milk so efficiently that no one could make out that a baby on 13th day can do so.

Fourteen day:- Baby started turning on one-side as well as pushing upwards as well as drinking milk from a feeding-bottle. This day we noticed his style of passing urine and stool.

Can you believe this little life, takes so much pleasure in passing motion. He remains stand-still, like a very innocent child and a sweet cute look when passing motion. We observed him to be very quiet this evening and when gave him milk to drink he refused by not sucking and a very searching eyes; later we observed that he is passing stool, he didn't pass stool from past 3 days and doctor's had said that it was normal for a baby.

Ufff in these 14 days he showed us 14 months of time.

Fifteen day: - He started showing improvement in his health as bhai and bhabhi started showing him early morning sun-rays. From this day onwards I personally observed that his looks started changing, now he has a sharp features, a straight nose, reddish-fair colour, slick structure and a very very sweet voice.

Sixteen day: - The colour of his eyes started turning white, and we were feeling relaxed noticing that his health is improving.
Something I noticed during these days, he passes a lawn-green colour stool. And one thing really amazing I learned from mummy is that when children keep looking at a colour they pass the same colour stool. Our house is surrounded with green long trees and therefore as he keeps looking out of the window on the green, well leafed, long trees.

He enjoys the twittering sound of the birds outside the window. He has a very very cute smile which he gives only while sleeping.

This day I clicked his first picture, hiding from mummy as she is very strict against clicking pictures of him till his baptism. Anyway I clicked his picture and also made a small video of him.

Showed this to mummy  she was initially angry but loved when she saw Nanu's million dollar smile in the video which is captured.

Today is the 17th day and this day I got the chance to change his clothes and wipe his small cute tiny bump when he passed stool.

Thats about my Little Nanu, our new family member and OUR LIFE.

Shall surely put up his every new developments and if Mummy permits his pics too.
